Recently, a client told us they wanted to live near the beach. But they didn't have the budget to live by the beach anywhere in Los Angeles County. They work in the San Fernando Valley, so Cheryl suggested looking in Ventura County, specifically Oxnard.
It didn't take long for them to make an offer. This wasn't the first time we helped clients from the San Fernando Valley relocate to Oxnard.
