About Us
Jeff and Cheryl Fox exhibit the pinnacle of experience, knowledge, and integrity. They are also one of real estate's most established and successful husband and wife teams. Jeff has been an active real estate agent/broker since 1974. In addition to being an experienced Realtor®, Cheryl Fox provides a unique real estate perspective as a seasoned CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with an affluent tax and accounting practice, including many real estate agents, homeowners, businesses, and professionals.
Jeff and Cheryl are both native Angelinos revealing a rare knowledge and history of the greater Los Angeles area. Married in 1984, they are the proud parents of two adult children and two beautiful grandchildren.
Jeff and Cheryl both attended Hamilton High School in Los Angeles. Jeff is a Vietnam Veteran, having served as a combat motion picture documentary photographer in the USAF. Cheryl is an Alumnus of USC, graduating with honors in 1975. In 1986 Cheryl joined Jeff in starting their real estate company, Properties Plus.
Jeff and Cheryl enjoy spending time with their family, and as animal lovers, they have had a menagerie of pets. They are also avid travelers.
Jeff and Cheryl are committed to giving back to their community. They have tirelessly volunteered for many organizations, including the Kiwanis and Optimist Clubs, local schools, Boy and Girl Scouts, and Northridge Little League. Since 2007 Jeff and Cheryl have helped form multiple support groups under the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA), including local support groups in Santa Clarita and Northridge.
